1. What are the dates for the 2027 Spring Fling?
The main event is Saturday, April 3, 2027, at The Grounds in Mobile, Al.

Saturday, April3 : 33 rd Annual Spring Fling Music Festival
Sunday, April 12: Brunch

 

2. What time do the gates open for the main event on April 3, 2027?
 • Gates open at 8:00 AM
 • Showtime is from 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

3. Is there re-entry? (Ins & Outs)
No, absolutely no ins-and-outs are permitted for safety and security reasons.

4. Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes! Spring Fling is a BYOB-friendly festival.
You can bring:
 • Coolers
 • Food
 • Beverages (in non-glass containers)
 • Lawn chairs
 • Wagons

5. Are tents and RVs allowed?
Yes, but only in designated areas.
RV spots and tent sections are clearly marked this year to avoid confusion. All RV and Tent Spaces must
be paid for in advance Everyone will still need a ticket for the event. If you are interested in having a RV
or tent, please call 251-379-8283.
RVs must arrive on the morning of Friday, April 2, 2027. No EXCEPTIONS and NO REFUNDS if you
are late. Remember, you have to bring your own generator for your RV. No weapons allowed on the
Fairgrounds property even if you have a permit or license to carry. All RVs will be searched.
Tents must be setup on Friday, April 2nd starting at 2pm. If you have a table for your tent, it must be
brought in on Friday. No tables will be allowed in on Saturday.

6. Do I need to bring my own chair?
Yes, you need to bring your own chair unless you paid for Ultimate on the Stage and Black Sections.
Chairs will be provided for the two sections only: Ultimate on the Stage and Black sections only.

7. What types of tickets are available?
Ticket types are tied to a color-coded section to depict what section you can sit in and whether you have
access to the indoor building.

Ultimate On the Stage Section
• No need to bring your own chair. Chairs are provided to you. Your seat will be on the stage.

 Entry into the Indoor Building (restrooms, complimentary buffet and beverages (while they last))
 You will use Gate 1 to enter.

Black Section
• Closest proximity to the stage
 Access allowed into the Indoor Building (restrooms, complimentary buffet and beverages (while
they last))
 No need to bring your own chair; Chairs will be provided for you
 You will use Gate 1 to enter.

Platinum Section
• Near proximity to the stage
• Access allowed into the Indoor Building (restrooms, complimentary buffet and beverages (while
they last))
 You must bring your own chair
 You will use Gate 1 to enter.

Gold Section
 Access allowed into the Indoor Building (restrooms, complimentary buffet and beverages (while
they last))
 You must bring your own chair
 You will use Gate 1 to enter

Green Section - Mid Level
• Entry into the Mid-Level section only.
 You must bring your own chair
 You will not be allowed access into the Indoor building.
 You will use Gate 2 to enter.

Purple Section – General Admission
 Entry into the General Admission Section only.
 You must bring your own chair
 You will not be allowed access into the Indoor building.
 You will use Gate 3 to enter.

All Complimentary tickets are for the Purple Section - General Admission. You must bring your own
chair, and you will not be allowed access into the Indoor Building. You will use Gate 3 to enter.

RV Parking
 Access to park your RV in the designated RV section
 Please note everyone in your RV must still purchase a ticket to the event

Tent Sections
 Access to have your tent in the designated Tent section
 Please note everyone in your tent must still purchase a ticket to the event

8. What if it rains?
Spring Fling is a rain-or-shine event. We will still have the show and there will be NO refunds if it rains,
and you decide not to come.

9. Where do I park?
Our primary parking location is onsite at the Fairgrounds. All attendees, regardless of ticket type will be
required to pay for parking upon arrival.

 Onsite Fairgrounds Parking:

$20 per vehicle (cash only)
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional parking locations will be shared later.

Important Recommendation:
To help reduce traffic congestion and improve your overall experience, we strongly encourage attendees
to:
 • Use rideshares (Uber, Lyft)
 • Carpool with friends and family
 • Utilize hotel shuttle services where available

10. Will there be food and merchandise vendors?
Yes! There will be food trucks/vendors, Official Spring Fling 2027 merchandise, and other vendors.

11. What items are prohibited?
For safety, the following are NOT allowed:
 • Weapons of any kind (e.g. Knives, firearms, mace, tasers, etc.)
 • Grills
 • Tables
 • Glass containers
 • Drones
 • Golf carts (unless pre-approved medical transport)
 • Inflatable Chairs
 • Sofas
 • Illegal drugs
 • Fireworks, flares, laser points, and large noisemaking devices
 • Pets unless they are service animals
Please note all bags and personal items are subject to search.

12. What happens if I decide to not come in (even if there are long lines or any delays)? May I get a
refund?
No, there are no refunds. If for some reason, the show is delayed for any reason, we will continue as soon
as we can and we will ensure everyone who paid gets in. Please note this is a huge event so please come
prepared for lines.

13. What about Accessibility?
Although our site map does not clearly state a specific wheelchair-accessible viewing section,
accessibility is something that is very important to us. We want to ensure that on-site assistance will be
available to help accommodate wheelchair users and guests with mobility needs, including guidance to
“accessible routes” and facilities within the venue.

14. Where can I book a hotel?
We are working with Visit Mobile for contracted discounted rates on hotels. Stay tuned for more
information on hotels which will be posted on the hotel page of this site.

17. What else do I need to know?
By entering the Spring Fling Music Festival (SFMF), you consent, waive all rights to royalties, and
release the SFMF of any liability. You agree your likeness being used, published, or reproduced in any
and all media, which can be used now or in the future, for any and all purposes by or in connection with
SFMF, it sponsors/brand partners, organizers, and providers.
